"Latin Music USA" Titles Featured in Print Magazine's 2009 Design Annual
We at eatdrink were already plenty proud of the Latin Music USA opening titles we created for PBS & the BBC, but now there's yet another feather to add to our cap: appearing in Print Magazine's 2009 Design Annual. To be more specific, it was published in the 'East' regional edition, as the PBS affiliate that produced the series, WGBH, is located in beanie Boston.
Big props to James Adame for bringing us in to help, as well as to the following folks for making the titles a literal work of art: Bradon Webb, Ryan Thurber, Ken Finney and Jake Mathew.

"Off the Street Club" Featured on Flash Allstars
A generous nod from the online production community, www.offthestreetclub.org was featured on Flash Allstars on September 10, 2009. It was our first heavy foray into Papervision 3D, and thankfully we didn't break the internet with it. Please check out the site if you haven't already, and donate a little to this worthwhile cause while you're at it...every little bit counts.

"Latin Music USA" to Premiere on PBS October 12 & 19
The epic 4-part documentary series, "Latin Music USA", will premiere on PBS in two 2-hour blocks (October 12 and October 19) and is airing to coincide with Hispanic Heritage Month. eatdrink had the pleasure of producing the title sequence and other branded elements for the show (along with special guest James Adame), and we've been eagerly awaiting its broadcast.

"Cat State" at OneDotZero Festival & in Digital Arts Magazine
Talk about an honor...our short film, "Observation of the Cat State", was chosen as a feature for the OneDotZero festival, premiering at its first stop in Buenos Aries, Argentina. In other international news, the same little cat-that-could was included in last month's issue of Digital Arts magazine in the UK. With international recognition like this, we're thinking of brushing up on our foreign languages. ¡Una cerveza por favor!
